I will run for those who can't.

I'm fundraising for kids with brain cancer!

I'm doing Connor’s Run to support the brave and awesome kids fighting brain cancer - the #1 disease killer of young people, and to fund the science that will one day end paediatric brain cancer.

Brain cancer research is on the tipping point. We can all be part of making important breakthroughs happen. My participation is something that I can do to support the science and in the meantime the patients. For all the people out there currently battling brain tumours and for those who couldn’t wait for research to progress any longer.

I'm doing this because we know we can find a way to make brain cancer go the way of the dinosaurs. Make a donation to my page and be part of making brains matter, together we can change the odds for young people.

I’ve been friends with Nic since we were babies, and I was there to support him when he was diagnosed with an aggressive brain cancer. It was tough seeing someone I care about go through that – but I’m so happy (and slightly annoyed!) that he’s still here today to give me a hard time, just like always. When I won the Amelia Costa Award at the Port Melbourne Colts Junior Football Club – an award created in memory of another amazing young person taken too soon by cancer – it came with a cash prize, half of which was to be donated to a charity. For me, it was a no-brainer (pun totally intended!) to support Nic and the RCD Foundation. Let’s keep raising money and awareness – for Nic, for Amelia, and for all the kids who deserve a fighting chance. – Tess Maloney 💙
