I'm fundraising for brain cancer!

I'm doing Connorā€™s Run to support those who have ever had a battle with brain cancer, as well as those who support them through the battle.

Brain cancer research is on the tipping point. We can all be part of making important breakthroughs happen. My participation is something that I can do to support the science and in the meantime the patients. For all the people out there currently battling brain tumours and for those who couldnā€™t wait for research to progress any longer.

Brain tumours are a topic that hits close to home for me. The level of stress, uncertainty and pressure that comes with supporting a loved one through any cancer is an extremely difficult journey. As part of my personal journey, I would like to bring awareness and give back to an organisation that is doing fantastic work in this space. I would also like to demonstrate that we are all capable of doing hard things, and supporting our loved ones through times of difficulty.
