Our team is expanding!

Our team is growing, and participation in the Connor’s Run is the talk of the tea room!

There’s friendly competition between consultants - which consultant will walk the furthest, run the fastest, or simply get up the earliest on their coveted day off?!

The nurses are planning their pre and post event coffees, anticipating roster swaps and eagerly awaiting tickets for the Arbory After Party!

And of course, the dogs are warming up, shining their coats and practicing their very best manners and perky ears for all “oh my gosh you’re so cute” compliments and treats they’ll receive!

We’re very excited to join in this important event, and show our continued, unwavering support to all who are on a paediatric cancer journey.

We’re fundraising for kids with brain cancer!

The team from Monash Children’s Cancer and Haematology Centre are excited to join Connor’s Run in 2026!

Our doctors, nurses, allied health and admin staff are bringing along their families and furry friends to support the brave and awesome kids fighting brain cancer - the #1 disease killer of young people, and to fund the science that will one day end paediatric brain cancer.

Brain cancer research is on the tipping point. Our team know first hand that we can all be part of making important breakthroughs happen. Our participation is something that we can do to support the science, to support our day to day clinical impact, and in the meantime to support the patients and families. For all the people out there currently battling brain tumours and for those who couldn’t wait for research to progress any longer.
