I’m doing Connor’s Run to raise much needed funds to put into research for a cure for brain cancer. The inspiration and passion that Liz and Scott Dawes have to help find a cure is infectious and you only need to listen to Liz and hear the story of their son Connor, to understand we need to find a cure. To think that more people under the age of 25 die from brain cancer each year than any other disease is unimaginable. hockingstuart as a business has a passion for employing young people and to see many young people with their whole lives ahead of them, cut short from brain cancer is just not fair. Any funds you can spare will make a difference. Thank you for your support.

Awesome night last night at Atlas Dining in support of RCD. Charlie Carrington's southern American inspired menu was a great culinary trip. Impromtu auction of a signed St Kilda footy club football raised $1900! More money to research and all the super work the foundation do.

Great Work at the hockingstuart/Belle Property Conference
At our first Belle Property/hockingstuart Principals Conference there was plenty of competition between auctioneers, Andrew Robinson from Belle Property, Dave Wood from our Albert Park office and myself.
Competition was fierce for the three auction items and we were able to raise just over $20,000 !!! .
A big thank you to the successful bidders/donors.

Great to be invited by the RCD team to conduct the very special auction of the no.1 bib at the launch of Connors Run. Not only did we sell the no.1 bib for $5000, we were able to convince the underbidders to go for the no.2 and no.3 bibs for $5000 each as well. What a ripping start to this years fundraising.

hockingstuart is proud to be a premiere partner supporting the RCD Foundation. When attending a recent breakfast, David Wood and I were blown away to hear from some young recipients of the music therapy program, who have luckily survived this terrible disease. Liz you are an inspiration to all that by working hard and raising funds makes a big difference.
