We did it! Thanks so much everyone for the donations and support it really means a lot. I think I’ll continue to run because I’ve found it to be very beneficial for my mental health. I hope I’ve inspired some people to pick up running or to do something that’s out of your comfort zone, I know it’s difficult and it evokes feelings like stress and anxiety, at least for me it does when I do things that are outside of my comfort zone, but I think it’s what life’s all about and you always feel great after archiving your goal - trust me it’s worth it. Anyway that’s it from me, Connor’s Run see you again soon🫡 and again thank you all so much for the overwhelming support it means so much to me❤️

15k in 90 minutes with no music, I’m happy to get a 15k done but I know I can run it in a much quicker time, I’m at a career heaviest 91kg, I feel really heavy, but if i keep going I’ll lose a bit of timber and get a better time for sure. I really enjoy having a break from things like my AirPods, Instagram, even not having the radio on when I’m driving, whenever I do it I always feel so much more happier, alert, present, productive and content overall. I recently watched the Insight episode called ‘Chasing Dopamine’ - recommended by Mum, I found it fascinating, I would recommend giving it a watch. I’m gonna keep Instagram deleted. NEW ACCESSORY UNLOCKED, I walked down to 2xu in Camberwell to get a tshirt cause I’m gonna start doing yoga every Monday night with Eva, and I noticed they had these compression sleeves, decided to cop one for 30 bucks, it’s an absolute beauty👌I don’t really know the point of it but I feel pretty cool when I’m wearing it. A 20k run is the new goal 👀🏃‍♂️

08/08/2026 - 10k Run (52 minutes)

Had a little break, now back in business. Not quite sure why I never try and run any further than 10k, maybe that can be my next goal😎🥵⚽️🥅

20/07/2026

I didn’t feel great today, quite fatigued, pretty low mood, barely any motivation to run, but I still got a 10k done. I swear I’m the most labile person ever, I either feel amazing or I feel shithouse, there’s no in between, just one or the other. It’s really frustrating/draining, I would love to be a mentally regulated person - like to consistently be in a state where I feel calm, focused and content. I know one day I’ll find it, but I’m definitely still searching, I know it’s pointless giving up, and it’s also pointless comparing myself to other people, but gee whiz hopefully I can find it very-very soon🤞😂😭

First 5km run done - Took me half an hour😂😬
Back in the day I was right around the 24 minute mark… regardless it feels good to be back running.
TIME TO GET FIT AGAIN!

I'm fundraising for kids with brain cancer!

I'm doing Connor’s Run to support the brave and awesome kids fighting brain cancer - the #1 disease killer of young people, and to fund the science that will one day end paediatric brain cancer.

Brain cancer research is on the tipping point. We can all be part of making important breakthroughs happen. My participation is something that I can do to support the science and in the meantime the patients. For all the people out there currently battling brain tumours and for those who couldn’t wait for research to progress any longer.

I'm doing this because we know we can find a way to make brain cancer go the way of the dinosaurs. Make a donation to my page and be part of making brains matter, together we can change the odds for young people.

Thank you to my Sponsors
