I'm running 9.6km for kids fighting brain cancer!
I have been a longtime supporter of Connor's Run & the Robert Connor Dawes Foundation in my support for beautiful kids fighting their battle with brain cancer.Ā
I am running to support my dear friend Tim 'Barrel' Money who lost his gorgeous 5-year-old niece Gracie to brain cancer, and to show my love to their entire Money family.Ā
As a mum who is blessed with healthy children, I am grateful for my life and the blessings that my kids Bobby, Florence & EsmĆ© are to my life and cannot begin to imagine the pain parents & families go through experience paediatric brain cancer.Ā
I'm doing Connorās Run to support the brave and awesome kids fighting brain cancer - the #1 disease killer of young people, and to fund the science that will one day end paediatric brain cancer.Ā
Brain cancer research is on the tipping point. We can all be part of making important breakthroughs happen. My participation is something that I can do to support the science and in the meantime the patients. For all the people out there currently battling brain tumours and for those who couldnāt wait for research to progress any longer.
